Information Assurance Labs
This website has been designed as a repository for Information Assurance (IA) labs.
Currently these labs have been developed by our students and faculty. It is our hope,
however, to also serve the IA community and provide a central (or distributed) storage
location for labs from other academic institutions. Each lab is freely distributed for
academic use.
To download the contents for each lab please send an e-mail to ia@mgt.unm.edu and the school where you teach or research.
Lab Requirements
All labs are based on the use of virtual environments. The selection of these environments is presented in this paper [1]. However, please feel free to adapt any of these labs to your particular environment. If you wish we'll be happy to host any variations, revisions and improvements to these labs on this site.
Disclaimer
The contents available in this website are intended for educational purpose only and to train students in analyzing technical areas of IA. They should be used only in support of a defensive strategy to protect information assets.
